These foot exercises restore range of motion in all the joints of the feet. Using special props called foot wakers or the more advanced foot savers, Yamuna Foot Fitness restores healthy foot function by creating balance, flexibility, improving circulation, strength, and proper gait (walking patterns).

Regardless of age or physical limitations, everyone can make remarkable changes in their bodies with the self-healing and maintenance techniques of Yamuna® Body Rolling. Using specialized therapy balls created by Yamuna®, I’ll teach you routines that take you through the entire body.

As a nationally certified reflexologist, I apply pressure to specific parts of the foot and hand. The practice of reflexology is known to heal different parts of the body.
The focus is on how your body’s nervous system is all connected. The activation of certain areas of your feet can alleviate a range of health issues such chronic pain, anxiety and sleep issues.
Reflexology works very well as a complementary treatment protocol with other methods I utilize in my office.
